UPDATE: Hello All
Let me first say Thanks to those who have volunteered. We have completed 3 of our 7 day run! I still need help:
THURSDAY, 4/11 – NEED 3
SATURDAY, 4/13 – NEED 1 Alcohol Certified Adult **Only have 4 adults and the rest students.

CLARIFICATION: You will receive a TSHIRT, APRON, & VISOR when you go in. It is a plain cotton tshirt so it is much better than the jersey’s we had last year. They do have TShirts up to 4XL so everyone should be good. They still require Khaki, blue or black pants, shorts, capris, etc. No open toed shoes! We are only in the first run of the season so I am going to ask that everyone be patient and go with the flow.

Lexington Legends Information – From the Boosters
Hello All!
1. One last chance this season for TEAM Training for Lexington Legends: Wednesday, March 27th. Will start approximately 6:45 at Whitaker Bank Ballpark. They are doing their employee orientation and TEAM training that night so anyone who has not had the chance to get certified and would like to this is it. There will NOT be another opportunity this year.
2. Below is the schedule for the 1st run of games. 4/8 – 4/14 Please sign up to help fill the open slots. It would be a shame to have to start off begging for volunteers. Our new uniforms will be in by the end of June so we will need the money from Legends to finish paying for them!

3. Please keep in mind some reminders for dress: Navy, black or khaki shorts, pants, capris. They should provide everyone with baseball style uniform shirts. If you have a navy polo, you can wear that. Also NO open toed shoes. You will be asked to change your shoes for safety.
4. As we get closer, we will send another reminder of where to go and sign in and parking.
Please if you can help, let me know ASAP. If you are a new parent and are hesitant to volunteer. Don’t be it is a great way to meet new people!

Important Dates:
3/16 – Solo/Ensemble @ Paris High School
3/18 – Booster Meeting
3/21 – Concert Festival – Richmond, KY leave 11 am return 6pm
4/15 – Senior Banquet – Everyone Invited
SENIOR BANQUET – ***There will be a meeting for SENIOR PARENTS after the booster meeting on 3/18 so please make sure you attend**
The Band Banquet will be held in the gym on 4/15 @ 6pm. Everyone is invited. The Boosters are supplying BBQ & Chicken. Each section is responsible for the following:
Brass: Side dish/vegetable
Woodwinds: Drinks (preference of cans)
Pit/Percussion: Rolls/Chips
Guard: Salads
We will have big cake as well.

We are accepting payments on Rings and Band Camp Fees. There are credit card/pay pal options on the Bourbon Co Band Website.
Band Camp Payments
Parents are now able to submit partial or full bandcamp fees online, via credit card or PayPal.
