  KMEA Kentucky State Marching Band Championships - Finals

Once again, the Bourbon County Marching Colonels were successful with a Grand Championship win at the Bryan Station Bluegrass Pageant of Bands this past weekend. The band is proud of their accomplishments but is focused on continuing to improve. They will be in Louisville at the Ballard High School Bruin Invitational next weekend. This should also be a great competition to watch.

Maggie has command of the field as she leads the band in another Grand Champion win at Bryan Station.

The show is called "Make Sense" and explores the senses of the brain...Sound, Sight, Smell, and Touch. Come and watch the Marching Colonels wow your senses!


Football Concessions: Lisa Farmer is in need of volunteers to work
concessions during the football games. We have 6 home games this year. She would like to get a schedule of workers made soon. Per the regulations of the Bourbon County School System, all volunteers will need to have a criminal background check completed. Contact Lisa Farmer at 806-5458 to sign up. Lisa will also organize the background checks.

We will be selling Spirit Cards in September and Pies in October. The
s tudents will sign up to sell these items.
